About FastTrax

FastTrax is a native macOS application that automates Ableton Live project file setup from Planning Center Online service plans. FastTrax does not distribute, stream, reproduce, or monetize music or audio content. It is a workflow tool for worship teams.

02 — License

License Grant

When you purchase FastTrax, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the software on up to two (2) macOS devices you own or control.

• FastTrax Starter — Click + Guide session builder, Planning Center sync, basic stem matching
• FastTrax Pro — Everything in Starter, plus multi-template support, AI section detection, routing presets, and custom setlists

03 — Restrictions

What You May Not Do

• Copy, modify, or distribute the software to others
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Share, sell, or sublicense your license key
• Use the software for any unlawful purpose
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices

04 — Pricing

One-Time Purchase

FastTrax is a one-time purchase. You pay once and own that version. Bug fixes and minor updates are free. Major version upgrades may be sold separately with upgrade pricing for existing customers.

05 — Integrations

Third-Party Services

FastTrax integrates with Planning Center Online and Ableton Live. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. FastTrax is not affiliated with or endorsed by Planning Center, Inc. or Ableton AG.

06 — IP

Intellectual Property

FastTrax and all related materials are protected by copyright. We retain all rights not expressly granted. "FastTrax" and associated logos are trademarks of FastTrax.

07 — Warranty

No Warranty

FastTrax is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We don't warrant the software will be error-free or uninterrupted.

08 — Liability

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the software.

09 — Termination

Termination

Your license terminates if you breach these terms. Upon termination, delete all copies of the software from your devices.

10 — Law

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of San Diego County, California.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the updated date above. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
